Hello, does anyone know if action frames for attacks/casting still exist in d2r?

Thanks for the answer, I am talking about the action frames, not frame breakpoints just to be clear.

The reason I am asking this is I am hearing the barb "Houghnh!" sound while zerking at the same freq when I use a 40ias and 39ias grief when using beast in the offhand with 35 ias on the barb. It might be that the sound is at the end of the animation.

Edit: I am dumb it should be at the same frequency even if the action frame is lower.

your edit explains the problem ;) the frequency doesnt change with the action frame if the total frame number stays constant (unless the skill has a delay). you would have to measure the delay to a fixed point of the action; the action frame of the last action is not suitable since both quantities are fully correlated in that case

Exactly. Not sure but the first zerk sound with 40ias griefz seems a bit faster so I think they exist as in d2 original. Too lazy to test it properly, though :)
