you're obviously committed to running life on circlet

the last mod is changeable (the resist)

the same would be true if you have dex on circlet.. you can't change it for a life one since you already hard committed all stat points into vita

its not 1 simple math no but if you're using life circ with frw you only have the last prefix available (@ / single resists / visionary etc)..

seems pretty logical no?

but in this scenario they should be at least equal and the life could even arguably be better.
If you have a 20dex circlet with frw, you can never change from it or you'll lose the max block
if you have a 60 life circlet, you can change from it and keep max block but lose the 60life

I'm not sure why you're arguing against it, these circlets might be completely useless in pvp, but doesn't change that in this case, 60life = 20stats
