should i get the newest dlc and would it come with the other dlcs aswell no idea this my first time getting into it

PRETTY SURE you can just buy the war within and you get access to dragonflight

yes, last version always include old versions, you pay 1 month for every extension include classic etc, just 1 for all

All you gotta buy is war within for example, and you'll get everything else :)
