This build reach the Max bow ias and second best jav ias.
It has 68fcr break.

Shield can be swapped with 2x upped swordbackholds when nn dr%, or even jmod with either psn or light facet if u to 3hybrid. But all 3 shields need 1 x 15ias/15@ jool.

Jav can also be swapped to 40ias ones to have 95ias break.
Stuff like:
6jav/30-40ias
2/2/ed/30-40ias
Or inzane 2/2/30-40ias/ed/eth/self repl

Skilling and charms is up to you based on if u want:
Osama build(bow + psn + lvl 1 fury/bolt)
3 hybrid (lvl 1 bow + balanced psn and fury/cs/bolt)
Pure bow (Max bow + lvl 1 bolt/fury)
Bow + light skills

Only Osama and pure bow uses Max/ar/life instead of skillers.
A 3hybrid with strong cs can choose to use: griffon 15ias/15@ + jmod 3facets/15ias-15@.
A pure bow and Even Osama can use:
20fcr/30ias/80ed/cham in combi with wisp. Or all can stash that…
They can also use 20fcr/120ed/45ias in combi with shadow bow etc.


Boots like infernostrides, aldurs, rares and shadow dancers can be used for fhr and res reasons.
