Pretty sure I have a slight tear in my rotator cuff. Can’t sleep on my arm anymore (been like that for 1 year) and a lot of agitation when I lift. Been this way for well over a year and it’s preventing progression in my shoulder and now beginning to impact chest exercises. Really disappointing as I’ve been getting pretty big.

WebMD confirms and that I’ll be out for 6 months. I’ll wait until June to get this checked out officially tho.

Track this topic, subscribe for updates beginning June. My bodybuilding journey may come to a 8 month halt if I elect for surgery this summer.

Maybe I could at least do glutes and hams

Do aqua exercise. Strengthens tendons, muscles and also softens joints.

Aqua Exercise is not just for old folks. Especially when you have the sort of problems you have, the protecting and light nature of the water helps a lot.

Wear braces, force yourself to sleep on your side. I bruised my ribs to where it hurt like a mofo breathing in deeply, sneeze or cough. I used KT tape managed to survive as long as I didn't do any torso twists.
