Uber Meph is easy if you keep 300 light res and decent CR. The biggest enemies, except for Lilith, are those ghost which burn your mana.
My strategy is 2x Azurewrath on a5 merc. If you don't need life tap, then 2x Lawbringer are better, I guess.
