y death over grief? y not 2 hander death?

if survivability=damage in priority and they are the priority:
-horking is out because you will want the skills points other places.
-shields>2handers
-1 point to ww, for escape and leaching
-1 point to warcry, for the stun
-mana and life leach are still necessary

revised set up:
arreats
phoenix
grief
dungo
loh
gores
highlords
ravenforst
dual leach
enigma

how much does fcr effect survivability?
should you max block with phoenix?

Because hoto is to teleport to location.
then 40fcr for teleport between packs.

It's not a big issue if you decide slower fcr.

U dont want to max block. It will get u fbr stuck, it will prevent you from attacking and in general slow you down.

If u want more survivability its theese options:
Instead of guilaume you go arreat for res + damage balance, or coa for res and dr% with focus on survival.
Strings instead of arach.
U can ofc also use stuff like raven, wisp, dwarf.

But all theese things can slow you down to much, i would just go max damage + fcr as long as u have the resists.
If ur on hardcore or pushing super high level i would just go stormshield + arreat + raven + wisp or smt like that, i dno. Start max damage, see if u have an issue dying.
In my experience dying is lack of experience with the build, you have howl, u have wc, you have bo, you have healing aura when it comes to pheonix.

So yes, incase u wanna drop 1 item a string is nice to add a little mdr and dr%. Pheonix have fire absorb and some light absorb. Ur kinda only low on DR%.

What is point of dungo when you can use string of ears ?

I went 60-70% block and never found my attack got interrupted and the survivability increase allows you to go all offence on the rest of your gear

because berserk is the main attack, and it can't leach life. also dungo give up to 40 vit and life reg.

You’ll still be using ww to sustain a bit between redem procs and prior to corpses being present. Would recomend soe over dungo if you don’t have another source of leech 100%. Vita from items isn’t Bo able so it’s a small difference and life rep is completely irrelevant for pvm except on low life characters like es sorc

my set up has arreats and a dual leach ring that is why i went with dungo over string of ears. if you go with gface or coa, yeah soe would be better.

new question coa or arreats? i think that the most important question about that would be if a grief pb benefits from an extra 15 ias?
