is there more information about the exact mechanical nature of how FoH is dealing its targeted lightning damage?

This is happening often, my opponent in duel practice is at 150 HP, and a 3.3k foh is putting him at 12 hp.

any idea here?

that is the expected result: dmg to players is multiplied by 0.17 (rule of thumb: 1/6), if they know that you are going to use lightning damage they will go for at least 75% lightning resist
3300*0.17*(1-0.75)=140 dmg
if they are at 150 life prior, they will end up somewhere around 10 life. note that you might do even lower damage if they chose to increase their max resist or use any form of absorb

Thats the excact damage enemy take.
Cap of Resists is between -100 and +95. you want to put the final value after Hell penalty, conv penalty, facet penalty etc.
