Any of y'all use any workout apps? Which ones and why? Don't really feel like carrying around a notebook anymore

Renaissance Periodization Hypertrophy app for bodybuilding/hypertrophy. Its built by sports scientist and PhDs. It’s based around RIR, has links that instruct you on the lift, it’s very VERY customizable and user friendly. The support staff are 10/10 as well. I literally DM’d the creator of the app with a simple question and he responded within 24 hours.

Juggernaut AI for powerlifting. It’s built by Chad Wesley Smith who is a world record holding powerlifter AND owner of Juggernaut Training Systems. He’s also an absolute Chad.

Juggernaut AI BJJ for Jiu Jitsu strength and conditioning “CWS is a purple belt”

Those are the best on the market, in my opinion.

I use an app called Hevy, you can set 4 routines for free and can customize the workout and set reps and weight and built in timer.

Does it track progress and increase weights for you at all?

It keeps a history log of your past workouts and what you put for sets, reps, weight. It doesn't increase the weight for you.

Bodyspace. Good for tracking lifts and PRs.
