Been asking this before, but i need more answers. I take 1-2 "vitamineral" pills every day. Blood tests every year shows no issue, some lack of some d vitamin but that's normal, doctor says, due to lack of sunlight in 7 winter months.
So here's the thing: I saw a "documentary" .. they called it that.. about men in japan ending up on "outside of society".. and then there was this porn star on there too .. dumb documentary i know, in norway everything is so stigmatizing and never any wisdom. However, this porn actor showed us a day in his life. He showed that he took two handfulls of pills every morning. I mean, chock full, about 30-40 pills of all different types. He mentioned what it was, i didn't catch it all .. vitamins, minerals, anything. I don't think he ate any food at that time.
Lol ... so i wonder .. if i start taking that much vitamins, minerals and other shit every day ... what would change?
But let's say it like this .. what if i start taking 3 vitamin pills after every meal? I know it's possible to get too much of some vitamins and minerals, i mean they are stored in the fat and lipids. But he didn't seem to concerned about that, lol.
Doctors and scientists say in news articles too that the body just gets rid of excess vitamins and minerals, though except for those that are stored naturally.
Maybe taking blood tests 2-3 times a year instead of 1 is a good idea? I think i'll try that.
Anyone have any experience in this?
