Been asking this before, but i need more answers. I take 1-2 "vitamineral" pills every day. Blood tests every year shows no issue, some lack of some d vitamin but that's normal, doctor says, due to lack of sunlight in 7 winter months.

So here's the thing: I saw a "documentary" .. they called it that.. about men in japan ending up on "outside of society".. and then there was this porn star on there too .. dumb documentary i know, in norway everything is so stigmatizing and never any wisdom. However, this porn actor showed us a day in his life. He showed that he took two handfulls of pills every morning. I mean, chock full, about 30-40 pills of all different types. He mentioned what it was, i didn't catch it all .. vitamins, minerals, anything. I don't think he ate any food at that time.

Lol ... so i wonder .. if i start taking that much vitamins, minerals and other shit every day ... what would change?

But let's say it like this .. what if i start taking 3 vitamin pills after every meal? I know it's possible to get too much of some vitamins and minerals, i mean they are stored in the fat and lipids. But he didn't seem to concerned about that, lol.

Doctors and scientists say in news articles too that the body just gets rid of excess vitamins and minerals, though except for those that are stored naturally.

Maybe taking blood tests 2-3 times a year instead of 1 is a good idea? I think i'll try that.

Anyone have any experience in this?

I don't take multivitamin tablets as they increase ur appetite.
I just take certain select vitamins that I know I am deficient in.
For example, I am a tea drinker and need extra B1 vitamin as tea depletes B1 in the body.
You need to take in account of your daily diet/food intake

Generally if it's a water soluble vitamin you just piss out the excess

Fat soluble vitamins and minerals can be toxic if you take large amounts over a long period of time, but it's impossible to answer this question without knowing what you would be taking, how much of it you would be taking and for how long

I nearly ODed on potassium when I was younger from too many nanas.. shit sux.. all symptoms of a heart attack except for a heart attack

And bodyweight too, for example op is on the heavier side and so can probably get away with taking higher doses of many things

OD'ing from bananas is pretty wild though, how many did you have lmao

3 a day plus a few potatoes a day... it was back when I was cycling 40k+ km per day... loved the cals and carbs but not the fake heart attack :D

I dont like to eat fruits.
But i dislike vitamine pills, it makes your piss unnaturally yellow.

I believe in my body, filtering 200%more vitamines from veggies i eat, then normal humans.


I also believe, taking vitamine pills manipulate your body, and makes it ignore veggie-vitamines.
It makes your body weak and lazy, if stops with vitamines-pills, you reduced your veggie-vitamine uptake bye over 50%
