Boots: Perfect marrow walks
Ring 1: 10 fcr 23+ str 15 dex 20 life 30 lr
Ring 2: P wisp / dwarf / natures peace
Charms: 9-12x 20 life 5 all res / 12x 20/11
Charms: 7-9x 45l pcombs

Merc:
Eth doom cryptic axe
Eth fort archon plate
Eth shako with 15-40 jewel
(Nightmare offensive)


Skills:

You don't need atmas in tpk lol. If your team doesn't have necro you're going to lose anyway
