Just curious. Is anyone playing WoW over all those years without ever quitting for a longer period?

I've played every expansion since release but it took a break in almost every expansion except

Wrath
BFA

mostly I don't get to play it on deployments and then after deployments I feel so far behind I don't start back until the next Xpac

There’s a guy in my guild that has. He grew up in a rough life and was given the chance to use WoW as an escape from reality. WOW is the only game he’s really ever played. He married a wife that plays as well. They actually do “dates” within the game, sitting on mountain sides and talking to each other through discord, even though there are within the same household.
