i thought they banned anyone with modded files on bnet? even if its only cosmetic.. have they given new info about this lately?

i am using myself modded files (lootfilter: e.g. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Jah xxxxxxxxxxxxxx with a shining (valkyrie spawn) above the rune and a flash on items like diadem, shako,... so i dont miss them also shortened names for better visibilty) since season 3 and didnt get banned ever cuz its local modding on my end only

maphack mod is also only local, dude on the stream can see entrances/exits/quests/wps 2 screens away from him

maphack is memory reading which is not local. the maphack overlay is local
