Idk.. just dont understand why.. they dont do like D3 at least with seperate leaderboards for gauntlet.. player base isn't huge to begin with. I play eternal because i do not have the time to re level each season and enjoy the "end game" of a season. Which I would assume is why select people also choose eternal over seasons? But good lord can least throw something new into eternal play as well?

So tides - whispers - dungeons (with 80 dungeons being fine since you get 925 IP again could have made a drop / uber increase to NM 92+ or something? and ofc duriel who has a 3% drop rate even after all the grind for mats? Even a 8% drop rate would be nice specially with the new sparks mat from unwanted ubers.

Side note IMO .. the enchantment costs of gold is a bit ridiculous.

I feel no remorse for eternal, games so stale as it is why would you not want a fresh start every 4 months

I think the answer is that you as a customer and blizzard as a developer have different views. They think eternal is fine and playable, yes there is less "content" there but still you can play it.

Short answer is - they think eternal is not that bad, lol. So why bother and put some extra content there.
