Nice items. 10/10 for those.

I guess its melee only? Because it kinda lacks frw or even fcr to reach enemies which are trying to not get hit :P
For melee only it should be strong though :D
I also kinda not seeing any cnbf, but i guess it dont affect your attackspeed to be chilled? Cause i doubt you would want to miss an attackbreak at the cost of some stats from a ring.

yee it’s gm melee, and being colded doesn’t slow 🤙🏼
