Yeah does it worth to switch for ml when for a chest

It does apply on chests. Whether it’s worth it to use ML on chests is debatable though, since arguably the best thing that comes from chests is white items…

Just opened with few ml on and found 2x 45 base so yeah

Did not know whether you were talking about a normal catacomb or the last square of a map. I am going to assume it is the latter as you would have to be wearing your ML gear throughout the entire clearing process since Treasure Chests automatically open.
