Hey, robe is cool for axe users. Id keep the robe.
The 4 Jubi BA is not useful cuz Jubi is used at higher levels

Jubi is used early on also. However only overspawn has any interest.

Robe is solid. 50-200 more likely towards the 50 range.

The wind isn't perfect jubi and jubi is near worthless anyway about 5-20 will sell as a mute faster than for jubi reasons.
