I suppose act 4 hell would be the best place to shop for this?
Also another noob Q - does lvl matter for imbue/shopping?

doesn’t matter which act in hell for shopping scepters. I prefer 2 for the convenience

Thanks for the info! I doubt ill get to 85+ soloing. Maybe ill roll helmets because the only one I have is the 3x perf topaz one
