i just dont understand how to keep my spirit high while spamming pulverize

Ok I took a peek similar to shred wolf, do you have the +4 spirit on kill an inner beast from your Paragon board? There's also a nice aspect you could subin that got added this season the restore 30% resource on hit when killing an enemy or hitting a boss, all of these also scale with resource generation, so resource Gen on rings is very important, there's also a glyph I believe druid has that resortes +1 spirit when you critically strike I like to use that one even though the guide may not call for it, sry if this wasn't helpful kinda working atm

You could also switch out the banished lords for a spirit fost reduction ammy and do you have resource reduction boots? I also see they are using tibaults which gives 50 resource when you go unstoppable
