Just noticed today that bitcoin now at 50k. For the last 2 years I’ve been putting 100 bucks from every paycheck to buy bitcoin( so ~ 5,200 investment assuming paycheck every 2 weeks). My coin base showing almost 20k.

I’m just a modest middle class white collar still this money is not life changing. Although goes to show what could’ve been had I invested an actual sizable amount per paycheck.

having seen what ive seen in the last few years, im not surprised honestly since the (((fed))) is printing money like theres no tomorrow, so a currency that doesnt inflate will comparatively raise in value. hell, even a currency that does inflate will raise in value because money is losing value real fast. basically its not bitcoin gaining value, its money losing it

might be cope but still i dont feel much regret for not investing in bitcoin if you asked me 5 years ago, i dont think i would ever have expected shit to hit the fan this hard this fast also its still a gamble, i mean yeah dips happen all the time, but long term its just gonna raise until the ww3 or solar micronova or some other biblical level of apocalypse, which is when the value will drop to 0. when that will be i have no idea but it sure looks to be on the fast track

Time diversification. The thing about gambling is it’s just another word for risk. We must all take risks in life with or without the illusion of choice. What I mean is that if you want to get ahead but play by the rules (as law abiding people) you have to invest. Inflations a bitch.
