Power Leveling in PoE doesnt exist the way you know it from D2 / D3

There are guys offering a "act carry" wich is them running with you and in full speed gear through the acts and kill everything on the way with a downscaling of their carry-char.
You willl get full XP there and lvl 1-70 should be done in 2-3 hours with a fast guy. From there you should be finished with the actual story and you can go into endgame and join other people instances.
After that, you can simply go in 5-way carries wich you stand 5 mins / run afk and wait until its over, rinse and repeat until the lvl you want.

Both of the services arent cheap.

But you can not go into high-end zones and lvl there from lvl 1, PoE made it like you can not gain xp if you are 8+ level above or under the actual zonelvl
how much you can be overleveld and underleveld for a zone also depends on current playerlevel, theres somewhere a table wich u can look this up
