I don't understand why my barb is getting 1 shotted in freaking T65 dungeons..

I got all my correct gear with ubers 13k armor 10k life. 15k damage and I cant last seconds.... but yet I see all these videos of the same builds just walking through t100 what the hell is even going on!?

10k life no bueno, check resist caps and DR.. most likely your paragon board is scuffed.

lvl 100 barb? check your skills and board. my barb can carry full team t100 v or nmd easily. my lvl 85shred druid doin t65v easily too lol. stack armor, damage reduction, fortify etc

is d4 worth playing still?

depends on your purpose n goals and if its fun for you or not

this is not supposed to happen....hmmm

Same here my Druid full built can’t last in t71 or above. One shotted at 75 all res and 0 dr.
