GF just dropped for 98 vault completion reward. Anyone else have any luck?

it appears very likely that the drop chance in places other than duriel has indeed been greatly increased, but i have no idea what those places are because i forgot who posted them
doesnt matter though, duriel is still best

games shit though so i dont recommend doing anything in it

apparently someone data mined the drop rate and its should be 1300x more chance to drop uber in outter world. not sure how legit it is

can happen but chances are better off buyin lotto
