Would consider any robe or padded if it has EE and Quick Draw.
Dex/QD: Levels 0
Str/QD: Levels 0-20
EE/QD: Level 25+
Also looking for mid-level Dex/QD or Str/QD charms:
Level 15-25
Level 30-45
