I am pretty sure you don't have maxed affixes on all gear right? Having those is a lot harder than getting uber uniques.
Remember D2? It's all about min max that is the end game

I don't think people are happy about min-maxing current set of affixes, for some reason.

Well some people can't be happy for anything...
Game is good, not perfect ofc, if you get bored pause play other games in time you will come back maybe.
Ao far i am having a blast, ofc i miss some stuff from D2 but its different game.

Endgame for me is farming for items / igg to get more fgs. Started from 4k fgs this season and i'm now at 13k fg. I got my first 4k fgs playing d2r for 2 years. That tripled in a span of 3 weeks playing d4

In short, endgame is prepping for POE 2 lol.

try new chars new builds farm items trade make fg help the poor help the public, do what ever you want to make it fun. if its not then take a break and play something else and wait for new season

if its boring then its time to uninstall lol
