My only advice is to be patient with farming. It takes a lot of time and sometimes is really annoying but in HC that item youre hunting could be life or death lol. So just dont rush it, take your time and play it safe

Yeah no doubt! I'm in NM level 34 and cannot for the life of me find an Amn for Spirit!

Are you farming countess? Should be super easy lol either it drops after a few runs or you can cube up. Unless you are just having crazy bad luck, it really shouldnt take long. Finding a good base is pretty much the only hard part of a spirit

I farmed her give or take 50x on Norm before giving up and I've ran about 20x on NM. Most's Tal's/Ral's dropped. Got the base just need the dang Amn! I wanna roll an eth base for insight too lol

in single player it is rare, player is ded before opens tp

mb hammerdin is my recommendation
but if you cant even get past a3 norm
i think you have issues with the control; i dont think char is the problem
gotta know what types of monsters to watch out for
get in habit of chugging pots
etc

also bear druid is quite fun in hc :love:
