- start with lvl 9
- limit max lvl to 9
- pvp always on, even in town
- death in pvp is permanent and acc is lost
- last person on server gets:
- - a tiny diablo statue
- - free refund of all money spent on d4
- - pick a dev to kick from the team
- every kicked dev gets:
- - name engraved on a giant diablo statue with sad pepes face, along with "was slain by" + the player who kicked them
- - free covid booster

i think this would be endgame that people would enjoy !

It is impossible to build good endgame above diablo 4 core.

There was AoZ - look at that, just millions of monster hp and almost endless %% damage grind. So my answer is - just bring back AoZ, probably without glyph to make it last forever. The end.

endless dungeon/tower and more bosses with build defining uniques.

i really don't know, maybe higher level nm dungeons
to me the game it's just fine as it is now, i'd just like some cooler season themes
