i would disagree on the 300-400 life per fish being not in the demand.
The issue was that you were trying to sell enormous stacks when people i sold to generally preferred stacks of 100-200 at a time rather than your enormous stacks.
Even sold the herring without too much hassle.
~1000 life per 1 fg is imo where it's at for stacks costing less than 150 fg.
However it does depend on the competition in the fish market and it's very possible you and jupiter5 and a few others simply oversaturated it and those are the new prices.
