I been going up 5lbs on the dumbbells every chest day for a couple months now.
I started pretty low but I just did a 5x5 of flat dumbbell bench with the 90s and feeling confident about the 95s next week
Am I gonna keep going up 5lbs every week like I have been?!?!
What do I do when the gym runs out of dumbbells lol I think they go up to 120lbs

If you're doing 90s within 2 months you're naturally very strong and could hit 120s soon.

Barbell is the answer if you outgrow the max dumbbell

Thats crazy when I think 120s I think bulbous horsecocking monster hulks
thanks for not downplaying my glory at the 90 pound dumbbell milestone
those big boys are my goal now

i only use the 15- 20 pound ones. you are going to break the weights with your strength! keep it up Henchman21

did 95s last week, failed on 4th set. Got the whole 5x5 this morning with them. Next Monday: 100 pound dumbell bench press.

Dumbbells are good way of building a big chest go for 10x a set.

when i fail next on the 5x5 i'll go back down 10 or 15 pounds and do more volume
repped out a bunch of 205 pound barbell rows today still sore from monday oof
