and lvl 39s with mid gear are good to duell lvl 30 PvP chars. good challange

That's the fun part though :') No peace, soe, sojs, honor, insight, vmagi, yet still closer to level 30 duels than level 18 duels. Collecting the gear is very fun and they are mainly used as "equalizer" chars anyways, if one team is super op you can swap to a 25 to even it out but they can still be very effective if you build them well. Bone necros, MB sins, zons, chargers, hdins, throw barbs all thrive. Smiters with decent CB could do well among others also :]
