Sure! You will need to add the person you want to trade with for 3 days. After 3 days, you can give the person this link: https://store.steampowered.com/digitalgiftcards/ and request a mediator to hold your FG while he completes the trade.

if its just balance this is the method but if your wanting a game just add each other and the other person can instantly gift the game
