No. Rare belts are always shit.

Except for the dumb rare only melee leagues. But those belts are still woeee than dungo.

Unfortunately arach, dungo, tgod, Razortail and nost coil offer so much more than rare belts can ever hope to offer

Found better belts at Walmart clearance rack tbh

Also needs 24 fhr, at least in d2 lod

that's not even close to being useable

I think even if res was higher, it still wouldnt be too great
You can cap res with other parts of your gear
And use better unique belts that we are all familiar of

Only missing good stats to be a trophy.
