D2 is just because of nostalgia in a time when there wasn't a better game. Honestly, there's nothing left in that game for me. I tried 5-6x over the years to get back into it and it really is lack luster. I'd rather keep that memory good since it was a fond childhood memory and having something to always do at the house during days when I'm not outside, but for us to compare it to arpgs of this time? No dice.

ooor you might be more into complexity because newer games tend to implement the systems from old games so they are more complex
im not much into that either
i want the arpg to be simple so i can pvp in it. like in real life, complex games have shit pvp
also compared to d2, poe is basically singleplayer
i enjoy company so i obviously dont like that
the only reason im not still playing d2 is because there is way too much nostalgia involved, and thats the main reason why i wouldnt enjoy it
