People believe this, they also believe it before testing it out, however, if you look at the number of times you come across zero(0) drops from normal monsters (which you encounter way more often than Evil Presence) by 1 hitting them, you will undoubtedly realize that it is just RANDOM chance (RNG).
No one needs to believe what I say, I have found that I get drops from Evil Presence using Retribution and one(1) shot killing them (or using it for the killing blow), and I can also say that I have had zero(0) drops as well ... but I come across this with normal monsters every single wave, pity there wasn't constant waves of Evil Presence to test it out on.
Gotta realize Rex, that your data is fundamentally different from most of ours. Let’s be honest here. When you use a shrine-tier weapon to kill stuff, you aren’t gonna be killing strong EPs too fast regardless of skills
