men who need jsp advice on what to do in a gym regarding females, probably should not be shooting shots at a gym they want to continue training at lol.

in the dozen of years I've spent in a gym, the regulars all know who a creep is almost instantly lol, dont be that guy.

if a female is interested enough, she'll make it known.

Seems i notice this often.. am i tripping? Like im doing my set and i look at the mirror and notice a girl looking at me thru the mirror with direct eye contact. I dont really know how to react except continue doing my set and ignore it.
