Yep. In d2Lod, though.. min was added to both min and max damage and, with
(sup bud!), we've come to the conclusion that
minimum damage was INTENDED to give both +1 to min and +1 to max when displayed as "+min damage". The thought process was that everything
that has +min damage has higher level req than md. +1min sc = lvl 82 req and whatever.
In d2r, they screwed that up And forgot to fix md bugs concerning jewels >__<
