My brother in christ, if a direct acting vasodilator doesn't make your hair grow, aloe vera aint gonna do shit.

Embrace the baldness.

Dutasteride works better for many than finasteride. RU58841 is another option. Assuming you use topical monoxidil, there’s also oral minoxidil if preferred. Ketoconazole And Tretinoin are a couple other things that could help.

I bought the bullet and got a transplant

Started to have extreme loss in medschool, started rogaine at that time which didn’t do shit

Then started taking oral minoxidil which helped curb the loss but didn’t restore. Never did finasteride, didn’t want to mess with hormones

Got a 3k follicle graft (FUE) stopped taking oral minoxidil and just doing topical. Been a few years but full head of hair atm

Feel free to pm

Was it a noticeable difference? And what was the growth time?

I still have a full head of hair but starting to get some receding on either side.

When I got veneers it was the best thing I’d ever done. If my hairline worsens I’d consider

6-12 months , absolute difference , have a full thick head of hair atm

I had male pattern hair loss tho, typical bald spot. Receding hairlines are less responsive to minoxidil and finasteride , surgery is a very good option though because you have plenty of healthy grafts

Yeah cool! That’s awesome!

I’ll keep it in mind if I start thinning out and receding more 😅
