Have you thought about banking the buyables etc? if you haven't already that is, I know the stuff is quick so could be worth and for crafting not sure if it's a benefit to you but I was gonna do the same 84-99 crafting on black dhide bodies > sell dhide bodies (should be around 100M or so loss if not mistaken or something along those lines been a while*) and then if you don't like the standard construction grind do mahogany homes to 99 via the left over GP back from that :D
Combats I assume you're doing via slayer as your slayer is high, remember you can stack up those herb seeds get yourself a few free herb levels too!
