Can you add/remove elements or is it just CSS styling and re-positioning that can be done with this addon?

For example in this picture, the topic name is "Ber And Jah Rune", could the topic name be added to be maybe besides the views/replies/track topic? to make it more easy to see and read for an user, is do you need access to "edit" the website to change that?

Sure, the guy does have years of experience under his belt but that is solid work for someone who hasn't touched hard on the front end skills.

Since you sound like some pro design front ender i would love to see some of your work so i can review it.
