I am quittint BnP as while it is extremely fun to gamble fgs, at the end of the day, it's waste of time & money (personal opinion).

Things I did after not gambling:

Study for self-development: 1hour (basically wondering what i should study, etc.)
Walk outside: 1 hour
Walk pad: 30 mins while watching YouTube videos for self improvement

Did around 15 pull ups
