i swapped off my 2 druid /3 nado / 3twister helm off my main windy with a higher end 5 nado 10 fhr 2 sockets 39 life and added pruby + sheal so i have life and 30 fhr. my only issue is the item is red and not white. its just so sad that twister does not add any damage
