How is this EHP being calculated?
I'm confused XD

Regular accounts it’s the most efficient method of doing a skill, the hourly rate. Some skills will give 0 EHP such as fletching because of darts xp per hour.

Irons it assumes that you have no supplies, then calculates the time it would take to get that xp the most efficient way in an iron.

Irons with supplies >> all other accounts on these challenges because of a 2-6+ multiplier.

Ouch, it is still a bit confusing, but I think I understand it a bit better now.
Too bad I'm not an iron with supplies then
I think cooking is also a super fast skill, as in I could reach over 800k/hr doing 1-ticking, same for prayer I nearly reached 950k/hr using dragon bones, superior would maybe be 1.75m+/h

So if I understand correctly if the peak efficiency for the lvl I'm working on is 200k an hour and I'm making 100k an hour I get 1 point per two hours?
