from bowazon perspective, some rulesets limit multishot to 3x consecutive shots, cuz let's face it--multispam is gay. this ring, coupled with ravenfrost, would be best-in-slot, assuming an abundance of str from either nigma or rare diadem suffix

from lld perspective, if hld players require unlimited mana pots, pools, battle orders, they're either spamming or l8z pussyfooting, or gay, or something
