Most people dont use exec cause of high requirements. (Martel is simply better)
If players use exec then they aim for -20 req or -30 req on it, which your sword obv doesnt have.
Dont get me wrong 194 ed is prety decent, but since only a handful (even if) play exec barb without -req, the market of potential buyers is very small.
And since the market is small and alot of exec with high ed are already around, consider yourself lucky if you find a buyer that offers reasonable.
