damage seems good at 40 ias seems very good?

ias is good but it does not effect whirlwind, only berserk for example; which is good for killing physical immunes.
honestly not worth too much, in nonladder a 15x ed martel is the minimum someone would use over bonesnap.

The 40ias can be useful but damage will always be a priority.
