Yes that setup is definitely viable, and the other one that I tried is:
10fcr/fhr optional/life rep/life belt
10fcr/strength/life ring

2k damage dropped, 200 life gained generally speaking and some life rep
Can go strength on belt or ring and life rep on the opposite
Fhr on belt allows for 86fhr to be reached easier - if needed

idk that fhr really matters at 5k life but some rep would be nice for sure

all of these make the gear more expensive though lol

Rare belt looks nice and all, makes the build looks unique but the truth is that after trying, personally i feel it isn't worth it, even with a 10fcr 24fhr/2x str/ 7x life crafted. You lose +1skill from BO and a tonne of dmg and depending on how you setup your other pcs, you may need to find another 10fcr somewhere (eg.ring)

For vita FB sorc, dmg is really the priority.
50pvp dmg can be alot (like 10-15% of output), since you are not going to 2shot your opponent anytime soon.

I’m curious how you would build a vita blizz sorc. Would it look similar? Drop Fathom and Spirit for 3 Blizz 3 CM Obssession?

So I also have a vita blizz and vita light for svs. 6cm/2facet orb > fathom for breaking resistances. I use a 3cold/20fcr/3cold mastery/2blizz/2socket orb. I have tested obsession and it is viable, but the issue is with cold vs cold. Can’t hit the required -resistance with hitting 450cr. The alternative to breaking resistance is going max damage - which fathom does better than obsession. I plan on making a guide for cold and light at some point. If you plan on building hit me up via pm and I can break down setup further
