been the same for me since the update 2 days ago - my gpu and ping is fine, not having packet loss, havent had this issue before and been playing 2 since release - its 100% from the last update.
also had a fun one today where i had some bug spam inspect when i started a round and i was sitting in spawn just speed flicking my knife the whole time *shrug* (without touching keyboard, spawned in that way before touching a single key)
