The one big caveat is can Embiid stay healthy for a playoff run? From 2018 to now we don't have that many playoff games to analyze Embiid operating near 100%

In terms of production vs dollars Oubre has to be on the best deal in the league currently, and Nurse will always be a top 5 coach if given a team ready to compete. The Bucks and Suns screwed up big time not selecting Nurse (if he was willing)

Embiid's former coaches put him in the post a lot, or last year Doc had him operate as a face up scorer at the elbow. Embiid is now getting easy buckets flowing out of DHO into rolls to the baseline after exploring some playmaking options

MAJOR addition by subtraction getting Harden out of town, the ball movement is much better

Sixers could maybe use another guard to act as a playmaker, they have a surplus of wings with size now. They'll probably go for a big move before the deadline

Celtics lack of a bench was glaring, they'll need to address that before playoffs

They almost choked a 14 point lead with 1:30 remaining in the game on their home court with Tatum shooting poorly, and JB having a typical playoff JB type of game. I think you’re jumping on the gun on the 76ers a bit.

I think their wings should get credit for making life difficult for the Jays too though. Boston would be better if they had more legit bench pieces, Horford is just getting too old to depend on for significant minutes

Oh absolutely. They did an amazing job on Tatum defensively. He got into the paint easily at times but they funnelled him straight toward embiid who was sending his ass to the never realm. Credit there for sure.

JB on other hand, had a lot of open and clean looks, but just kept bricking. We will never beat the 76ers if at least one of them isn’t cooking.

Oubre was an amazing pick up for the 76ers. Probably the best off season move they’ve made in a decade.

The Bucks have a rookie HC who at times looks like he is in over his head. They also have a lot of old pieces that look slow

The Bucks will be a contender for sure but right now I wouldn’t expect them to make the Finals

Nick Nurse is one of the few HC that is like adding another star to your team

He’s so good that he has got Tobias looking like a stud, that and it’s a contract year where Tobias is going to keep his foot on the gas for one last huge contract

Don’t worry little fella, playoffs will roll around and Tobias will forget to basketball once again
