theoretically any 5 rw with same base item as beast.
Still the only viable pick is Doom due to better runes options - only noticeable expection being Beast of Honor Naga for obvious purposes

Beast of grief no?
Beast of destruction?

these are the possible ones, but i dont know how many each were made and how many are still around.

beast of honor (lld)
beast of cta (mf and direct ed)
beast of doom (lower req, direct ed, ow, ds)
beast of eternity (mf)
beast of death (lower req and ml)
beast of destruction (ml, ds, cb, itd, dex)
beast of grief (-def, maek, ds)

stats in parentheses are the 'useful' ones that replace the original runes (cb, maek, ow)

enigma of peace is really nice for playthroughs, can highly recommend! :)

Grief of beast is nice for a VT, OW and CB on a grief on a tele VT is really nice.
But if the build has a viable charge then grief of doom is better.
