They are not common. For each rare boot, you have 1:133,151 chance of getting tri-res (no poison, 30+%) with 30frw. On top of that, the fhr was also a good roll, which with the 2 remaining suffix slots, getting 1 or more good roll is prob somewhere around 1:4. That means this boot or better occurs roughly once every 500,000 drops.

In one disc channel I’m in for d2r item auctions, there is an average of 1.5 30/100+/Dex or rep or fhr boots posted per day. And that’s only in 1 out of the 5 auctions in that discord. Most of which hve a useful 6th affix.

I use tri-res gf boots on my goldfind barb. They are bis. I also disagree with your assessment that these are worse than Aldur's. I would prefer 10 fhr 107 res over 50 fire res/50 life. Since these are the best I've personally seen this ladder, im going to call it a 7/10. Missing points for that 31 on the lite res and the nova.

Common items = low level unique, mid level unique, magic items, white items, - these are common items that you find when MF'ing.
